Here I am with Bill Fernie, Chair of the Highland Council's Education Culture and Sport Committee and the certificate of accreditation we received from Book Industry Communication's e4Libraries Project. Highland Libraries is the first Library Service in Scotland to receive this accreditation, which recognises success in implmenting new technologies. See the press release here.
